Party Bus Rentals in Irvington
Partybusrentalnewark.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website — a fast, easy way to see party bus, charter bus, and minibus options serving Irvington and the greater Newark metro without calling a dozen companies one at a time. You fill out one form, and within seconds you can compare vehicles, pictures, packages, and rates from a network of independently owned transportation companies competing for your trip.
No account required. Free to use, any day, any time.
Because this site connects you to a wide network rather than a single fleet, you are never limited to whatever happens to be available from one provider. Need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup in Irvington on a Saturday night? Done.
Need three 56-passenger charter buses for a corporate shuttle loop between Irvington and Newark Penn Station? Also done. Whatever the headcount, whatever the occasion, the variety here means you can actually find what fits — not just what one company happens to have left.

Common Irvington Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Party buses in the network typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length onboard bar, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound — so the energy is already going before the first stop. Minibuses are a smart pick for corporate shuttles along the Route 22 corridor or wedding guest loops between Irvington venues and Newark hotels, with climate control and reclining seats making the ride comfortable regardless of I-78 traffic.
For large groups heading to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford or a convention at the Prudential Center in Newark, a full-size charter bus gives you undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and enough seats to move 56 people in one shot — no convoy, no staggered arrivals, no one left behind because the rideshare queue was backed up on Broad Street. Amenities vary by vehicle, so the comparison tool lets you match the right features to your specific trip.

After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Irvington Party Bus Rental Prices
Party bus rental prices in Irvington move based on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. As a general planning range: a minibus rental typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range regardless of day.
Per-day packages for longer itineraries follow different rate structures entirely.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Irvington Party Buses Here
Booking group transportation the old way — calling individual companies, describing your trip from scratch each time, waiting on callbacks that never line up — is a real waste of time, especially when you are already juggling a full event schedule. Partybusrentalnewark.com exists to replace that scramble with something faster: one form, one call, and you are looking at actual vehicles, real packages, and rates you can compare side by side.
The network here covers Irvington and all of Essex County, plus pickups and drop-offs throughout northern New Jersey and the New York metro area. That means a bus is available whether your group is heading to a Devils game at the Prudential Center on a Tuesday night, doing a winery crawl through Hunterdon County on a Saturday, or catching a flight out of Newark Liberty on a Sunday morning. You are not limited to one company's available inventory on your date — you see options across the network.
That kind of breadth is hard to replicate by calling around yourself.

Group Transportation Services for Irvington Events
From airport transfers to prom nights, Irvington group transportation is available for every occasion through this site. Here is a look at what the network handles — click any service for more detail, or call 862-367-0180 to get started on your specific trip right now.

Irvington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) (3 Brewster Rd, Newark, NJ 07114) sits roughly 4 miles southeast of Irvington — close enough that the drive looks simple on a map, but a different story at 5:30 a.m. when Springfield Avenue is stop-and-go and Terminal C departures are in two hours. The real trap for group travel is that EWR's commercial vehicle pickup is handled through a designated ground transportation area, not curbside at baggage claim. Your coordinator needs to have the group fully assembled with luggage before calling the vehicle over — EWR enforcement moves quickly in commercial lanes, and staging time is limited.
A charter bus or minibus rental handles the approach, the timing, and the group coordination so the whole group moves on one plan instead of a rotating carousel of rideshares. For groups flying in from different terminals, the EWR shuttle guide walks through the specific terminal pickup zones and sequencing in detail. Call 862-367-0180 to set up your Irvington airport transfer!

Irvington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
An Irvington bachelorette party has serious options within a short radius — and a party bus keeps the whole group together as the itinerary moves. Newark's Ironbound district (Ferry Street, Newark) is one of the most visited restaurant and nightlife corridors in Essex County, with a run of late-night restaurants and bars that draw groups from across the metro. From Irvington, it is roughly 15 minutes on a normal night — significantly longer when everyone is trying to park independently on a Friday.
A party bus for your Irvington bachelorette — a 20- or 25-passenger bus with LED lighting and onboard sound — loads up at one address, moves the whole group to Ferry Street, to a Newark rooftop, and back home at the end of the night without anyone splitting off to find their car. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375. For groups wanting to extend the night into Manhattan, the Lincoln Tunnel is about 20 minutes from Irvington on a clear night.

Irvington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Essex County has a thriving tradition of milestone celebrations — Sweet 16s and quinceañeras especially — and Irvington is squarely in the middle of that scene. A party bus arrival is one of the more memorable ways to kick off a big night, and the 15- to 50-passenger range means the vehicle scales with the size of your guest list. Venues like Nanina's in the Park (540 Mill St, Belleville) and The Grove (150 Crabapple Rd, Cedar Grove) are popular reception destinations for Essex County celebration groups, and both sit within a 20-minute radius of Irvington.
For the birthday group heading out for a night in Newark or New York, a birthday party bus rental from Irvington handles the pickup loop, moves everyone in one vehicle, and gets the night started before the first stop. Weekend rates for an 18-passenger party bus run $275–$400 per hour — split across the group, that math works out fast. Call 862-367-0180 to check availability on your date!

Irvington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the anchor concert venue for the region — about 4 miles from central Irvington via Springfield Avenue, and a total different equation on a sold-out show night. The arena holds over 19,500, and after a major concert, Lafayette Street and Broad Street back up immediately. Rideshare wait times in the post-show window can stretch to 45 minutes, and on-street parking in the downtown core runs $30–$50 in lots that fill hours before doors.
An Irvington concert bus rental drops your group at the arena before the bottleneck sets in and is staged for pickup when the show ends — no hunting for your car, no surge-priced rideshare, no one splitting off from the group because the Uber pool only took three. The NJPAC shuttle guide covers the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (1 Center St, Newark) just a few blocks away — a frequent stop for theater groups and company nights out from Irvington. Call 862-367-0180 to compare concert bus options!

Irvington Corporate Event Transportation
Irvington sits at a genuinely useful crossroads for corporate travel — I-78 runs along the southern edge, Route 22 is minutes north, and the Garden State Parkway is a short hop east. That access looks great for individual car travel until you have 35 employees trying to arrive at a Newark conference center by 8 a.m. on a weekday. The Springfield Avenue and Chancellor Avenue corridors into downtown Newark are not forgiving during morning rush, and on-site parking at venues like the New Jersey Performing Arts Center is not built for large corporate groups.
A minibus or charter bus running a timed shuttle loop from an Irvington staging point into Newark moves the whole team on one schedule and eliminates the 20-minute window of staggered arrivals that throws off opening remarks. For multi-day conferences, an Irvington corporate transportation package can be structured around hotel blocks, venue schedules, and evening event transfers — call 862-367-0180 to discuss a custom package.

Irvington Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, block party charters, graduation celebrations — Irvington generates a steady calendar of private group events that need more than a few rideshares to pull off cleanly. When the guest list crosses 20 people and the itinerary involves more than one stop, coordinating individual cars becomes a full-time job that nobody signed up for. A single charter bus or minibus rental moves the whole group on one timeline.
For larger community events — say, a church group heading to a convention at the Atlantic City Convention Center or a family reunion with a New York City leg — a private Irvington charter bus handles the long-haul routing as well as the local stops. The Atlantic City bus rental guide has specific routing and drop-off detail for that corridor. Big summer weekends and holiday weekends compress availability fast, so the earlier the form is filled out, the better the options.

Irvington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Essex County runs late April through late May, and Irvington High School is one of several large schools in the county whose prom dates cluster tightly within that window. That demand spike is real — a good 25- or 40-passenger party bus on a Saturday night in May books up weeks ahead, and the gap between "booked in January" and "booked two weeks before prom" is often $300–$600 on the same vehicle. For prom: book by December or January to lock in your vehicle and rate.
Homecoming runs earlier — typically October — with somewhat less competition for vehicles, but the same principle applies: earlier is always cheaper. An Irvington prom party bus makes the pre-prom photo stop, the venue arrival, and the after-prom itinerary run on one clean schedule. Parents appreciate that coordination more than the students do.

Irvington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School field trips from Irvington most commonly route toward Newark's cultural core — the Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102), the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (1 Center St, Newark), or Liberty State Park in Jersey City for science and history programming. For longer excursions, groups head to the Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City) or Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, roughly 45 miles south via the Garden State Parkway.
A school field trip charter bus from Irvington handles all of those routes cleanly — overhead storage for lunchboxes and bags, onboard PA system, and no carpooling coordination for parent chaperones. For Liberty State Park, the Irvington-to-Jersey City route via I-78 East runs about 20 minutes on a normal school day morning. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention the requirement when submitting your quote.
Call 862-367-0180 to get your school trip quote started!

Irvington Sporting Event Transportation
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford seats 82,500 and sits about 18 miles northeast of Irvington — a straight shot up the New Jersey Turnpike that turns into a parking and traffic exercise on Giants or Jets game days. The Blue 4 and Blue 5 lots closest to the stadium are cash-only and fill well before kickoff, and post-game Turnpike backups on the southbound approach can add 45 minutes to the drive home. A charter bus to MetLife Stadium from Irvington means the tailgate starts on the way up and the postgame crawl is someone else's problem — detailed drop-off and parking logistics are in the MetLife Stadium bus rental guide.
For Devils games at the Prudential Center, the 4-mile run from Irvington on Springfield Avenue is short enough that a minibus makes strong sense — drop off at the arena's commercial vehicle zone on Mulberry Street, and pick up in the same area after the final buzzer. Prudential Center parking in the surrounding garages runs $25–$40 per car, so a single minibus for 20 fans pays for itself quickly. Call 862-367-0180 to price out your game-day bus!

Irvington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A lot of Essex County wedding venues are spread across a geography that makes individual car coordination a real headache — especially when your hotel block is in downtown Newark, the ceremony is in Maplewood or South Orange, and the reception is somewhere entirely different. An Irvington wedding shuttle bus running a timed loop between the hotel and the venue means no guest arrives late because they got turned around on Valley Street, and no one in a formal dress walks six blocks because the closest lot was full.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo — weekend hourly rates run roughly $225–$350 — handles the pre-ceremony run with room for dresses, flowers, and everyone who needs to be in the first photos. For larger guest lists needing a shuttle loop, a 35-passenger minibus covers the hotel-to-venue-to-after-party circuit at $200–$275 per hour. Booking 4–6 months out is the standard for June and September weekends, which book earliest across the Newark metro.
Call 862-367-0180 to lock in your wedding transportation!

Irvington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
New Jersey's wine country is closer to Irvington than most residents realize — Unionville Vineyards (9 Rocktown Rd, Ringoes, NJ 08551) and Beneduce Vineyards (1 Jeremiah Lane, Pittstown, NJ 08867) in Hunterdon County are both about 45 miles southwest via I-78 West, and both offer good-sized tasting rooms built for group visits. A third stop at Old York Cellars (80 Old York Rd, Ringoes) keeps the itinerary compact and the routing clean — all three sit within a few miles of each other.
An Irvington winery tour party bus handles the routing out and back so no one in the group has to negotiate the two-lane Hunterdon County roads after an afternoon of tastings. For pub crawls closer to home — Newark's Ironbound district runs a dense stretch of bars and late-night spots along Ferry and Wilson Avenues — a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps everyone on the same itinerary instead of fragmenting across separate rideshares at every stop. Weekend hourly rates for a 20-passenger party bus run $275–$350.

You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusrentalnewark.com?
Partybusrentalnewark.com is a quote-comparison and referral website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. The site connects you to a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Irvington, Newark, and all of northern New Jersey, so you can compare vehicles and rates in one place instead of calling multiple companies separately.
No account is required and quotes are free.

How much does a party bus cost in Irvington?
Party bus rental prices in Irvington vary by vehicle type, date, and trip length. As general planning figures: a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full 56-passenger charter bus typically falls in the $200–$350 per hour range.
A 15–35 passenger minibus generally runs $200–$250 weekday and $200–$275 weekend. These are planning ranges — real pricing depends on your specific date and itinerary. Call 862-367-0180 or fill out the form to get a pricing estimate for your trip in under a minute.
Is there parking at MetLife Stadium for charter buses?
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford does accommodate charter buses, but parking is event-specific and must be arranged in advance. The standard fan lots — including Blue 4 and Blue 5 — are passenger vehicle lots and not where charter buses stage. Oversized vehicle arrangements go through the stadium's event operations.
The MetLife Stadium charter bus guide covers the current drop-off procedure, lot designations, and what to expect on approach via Route 3. Check it before your game day.
Can a party bus from Irvington go to New York City?
Yes. Irvington is about 18 miles west of Midtown Manhattan — roughly 30–40 minutes via I-78 East to the Holland Tunnel on a typical evening, longer during peak hours or event nights. Party buses and charter buses in the network handle cross-Hudson routes regularly.
Drop-off logistics in Manhattan vary by venue and neighborhood, so it is worth discussing your specific NYC destination when you request your quote. Call 862-367-0180 to talk through the routing.
What is the best vehicle for a group of 20 traveling from Irvington to a wedding venue?
For exactly 20 guests, a 20-passenger party bus or a minibus in the 20–25 seat range both work well. The minibus is a cleaner fit for a formal event where the priority is comfort and on-time arrival — climate control, reclining seats, no-fuss boarding. The party bus makes more sense if the group wants the celebratory atmosphere on the ride itself.
Weekend hourly rates for a 20-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$350. Fill out the form or call 862-367-0180 and you can compare both side by side for your date.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Irvington?
For most standard events — birthdays, nights out, winery tours — 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid options. For high-demand dates, the window is considerably shorter before inventory thins out. Prom season (late April–May) in Essex County is the tightest period of the year — multiple high schools compete for the same vehicles on adjacent Saturdays, and the best buses at reasonable rates go to groups that booked in January or earlier.
New Year's Eve, Memorial Day weekend, and major MetLife Stadium event weekends follow the same pattern. Book as soon as your date is set. Call 862-367-0180 right now to check what is available!
Popular Irvington Party Bus Destinations
Irvington puts your group within easy reach of some of northern New Jersey's best venues — sports arenas, performing arts stages, waterfront parks, and Newark's own dining and nightlife corridors. Here are six destinations that Irvington groups visit most, with what you actually need to know about getting a bus in and out of each one.

Prudential Center
Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is a 19,500-seat arena hosting the New Jersey Devils, major touring concerts, and boxing events year-round. From Irvington, the approach via Springfield Avenue and West Market Street runs about 15 minutes in normal conditions — and roughly twice that after a sellout ends. The surrounding downtown Newark streets — Broad, Market, Lafayette — absorb tens of thousands of pedestrians simultaneously after a show, and rideshare staging in that environment means long waits in a crowded queue.
A charter bus or party bus from Irvington drops right at the commercial vehicle zone and waits nearby for a coordinated exit. The Prudential Center bus rental guide has the specific drop-off and pickup location detail. Phone: (973) 757-6600.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Newark Liberty International Airport (3 Brewster Rd, Newark, NJ 07114) handles over 46 million passengers annually across three terminals. From Irvington, the airport is roughly 4 miles southeast — about 12 minutes on a quiet morning, but a variable picture during weekday rush on I-78 or Springfield Avenue. Commercial buses and vans use designated ground transportation pickup zones, not the main terminal curbs, and EWR's terminal layout means groups landing in Terminal A, B, and C have different exit points.
The coordination required to consolidate a traveling group at the right curb at the right time is exactly where private bus transportation earns its value. The EWR airport shuttle guide covers the terminal-specific pickup procedures in full. Phone: (973) 961-6000.

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) hosts New York Giants and Jets home games, college bowl games, major concerts, and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches — all drawing massive crowds to a venue that is about 18 miles northeast of Irvington via the New Jersey Turnpike. The stadium's parking structure charges $40 per vehicle for standard lots on most game days, and the lots closest to the gates fill 2–3 hours before kickoff. Post-game Turnpike southbound traffic toward Exit 16 routinely backs up 45 minutes or more.
A charter bus from Irvington deposits the whole group at the stadium drop-off zone and returns for a coordinated pickup — no $40 lot, no post-game crawl. See the MetLife Stadium bus rental guide for approach and drop-off specifics. Phone: (201) 559-1500.

New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)
New Jersey Performing Arts Center (1 Center St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the state's flagship performing arts venue — home to the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and a major presenter of Broadway touring productions, jazz, and international performers. The campus is about 3.5 miles from central Irvington and anchors the northern edge of downtown Newark near the Passaic River. Parking immediately around NJPAC is limited to surface lots and the Center Street Parking Garage, both of which fill quickly on performance nights.
Groups arriving by minibus or charter bus avoid the garage entirely — the NJPAC bus rental guide has drop-off specifics for the loading zone approach. For theater groups, corporate client nights, and school performances, a timed shuttle from Irvington keeps the itinerary clean and formal. Phone: (973) 642-8989.

Newark Museum of Art
Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the largest museum in New Jersey — 80 galleries, a planetarium, a sculpture garden, and a standing collection of American art and Tibetan objects that draws school groups and cultural tours from across the state. The museum is about 3 miles from Irvington's center via Springfield Avenue, making it a natural day-trip destination for school field trips and community group outings. On-street parking around Washington Street and Central Avenue is metered and limited; groups arriving in a single charter bus avoid the parking coordination entirely.
The museum's loading zone on Washington Street accommodates bus drop-off for groups. Admission for Newark residents is reduced, and group tours can be arranged in advance through the museum directly. Phone: (973) 596-6550.
Address: 49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102.

Liberty State Park
Liberty State Park (200 Morris Pesin Dr, Jersey City, NJ 07305) sits on the Hudson River waterfront in Jersey City — roughly 12 miles east of Irvington via I-78 East — with direct views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and access to the ferry terminal that runs to both. The park's 1,212 acres include the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (a National Historic Landmark), a nature interpretive center, and open picnic and event grounds that draw large family reunions and community gatherings throughout the spring and summer. Bus parking at Liberty State Park is available in the main lot off Freedom Way, with adequate space for full-size charter buses.
Summer weekends, particularly around July 4th, see heavy traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike Extension and the local Jersey City approaches — a morning departure from Irvington avoids the worst of it. Phone: (201) 915-3400.
